This is an event so large they have to SHUT DOWN a 1/3 of the main road to accommodate all the visitors, vendors, entertainers, competitions and everything that comes to make Ribsfest the revered event item in the calendar year for us in the Smokies. Two bands will be playing tonight and you can sample some of the best meat in the hemisphere from Crawdaddy's, Bubba Gump Shrimp, the Partridge and the Pear Restaurant, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Smoky Mountain Brewery and the even Gatlinburg Police and Fire Departments are getting in to serve you!
